Assembled Healthcare is a residential care home company that aims to consolidate and innovate the Elderly Residential Care Home industry to improve care quality and to become market leaders in the care landscape.
Too often have we seen many of our elderly in the care sector falling into the challenge of substandard care. Many families feel that there is a lack of transparency and effective communications between homes and themselves. We have seen the debilitating impact of these issues first-hand with older relatives. We have also seen the opposite; those who truly live well in their golden years. To address these issues, we have assembled a team of highly experienced leaders. These are visionaries who are capable of transforming Health and Social Care for the better.
Our Assembled Healthcare team has 200+ years of combined experience with backgrounds in large public and private companies, Big 4 accounting and international legal firms, and reputable Healthcare organisations. Bal is an ambitious entrepreneur who values integrity, diligence and dedication in himself and all those that he works with. He has a background in sales and marketing and graduated with LLB (Hons) Bachelor of Laws from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Bal has always held a close bond with his older relatives, with whom he holds to high esteem and love. This, along with the fact that his mother had worked as a social care worker in the 1990s, had given Bal the realisation that the importance of looking after our most vulnerable members of society, the elderly, is an endeavour that cannot be understated. Indeed, he knows that the quality of such service acts as the tool for how we measure our civilisation.
Bal’s late great-grandmother, who lived to see 95, would have shunned the idea of receiving care from a source other than her family. Bal endeavours to facilitate a care service that even his late relative, despite her obstinance, would have thought highly of and benefited from.
Bal has identified a tremendous opportunity to consolidate the care sector through the acquiring and augmenting of care homes in order to become a major force in the care sector. As such, he has put together a team of highly experienced individuals. Though acquisitions are the means, the ends to those means are a better, consistent and transparent quality of care for the benefit of all stakeholders.
